Great experience and the customer service from the on site teams was exceptional. The online support team was a bit lack luster as they weren’t clear on directions or options for issues faced.

Easy pick up and clean camper truck. Tent was easy to use. Appreciated having the camp equipment so I had flexibility where I stayed. Staff were helpful in making sure I had what I needed for my travels.

The van met all expectations. For three guys exploring the island in such a small amount of time it quickly turned into our home. The van is clean and comfortable for spending hours in the car, cooking dinners, and posting up at the beach. Would get it again,

The camper experiences was really good. The pickup nad drop off experiences was really good. The only feature we couldn't use properly was the heating system and one of the black out Windows

Didn’t skip a beat, did everything we needed it for, got us from Auckland to Queenstown and further without any issues, and the tent slept 2 6ft blokes perfectly fine

Excellent camper / Excellent Pick up and drop off service

Wished the stove was portable and not attached to truck. It made cooking when windy very difficult. Also, cooler was difficult to access. Otherwise, we had a good trip using Trekker

Overall a good experience, good and swift pickup, a new van which has a few issues however we were made aware of these prior to leaving the depot and it wasn’t anything that caused any issues throughout our two week trip. A full tour and insight into how to work everything on the van was given at pickup. Again, drop of was swift and easy. Extra 5L of adblue left in the storage compartment of van on drop off as adblue had dropped to 75% full on journey to dropoff, made staff aware and offered to fill it up myself, however staff were adament this should have been filled up prior to drop off and stated ‘other depots would not be so lenient’. Unsure of what the problem was as I was offering to fill it up myself and had already purchased the adblue. Otherwise, no issues, enjoyable trip. Would definitely recommend to others.

The van was excellent overall, things I'd suggest Indie look into: the cooking stuff needs to not be all plastic or it'll wear out quickly. Also plastic plates & spatulas stain easily with any spices etc. Stainless or enamel might be the way to go.

Loved my time in this van! Hired for a month. Easy to drive. Support is amazing.

Brilliant experience to see NZ. Pick up was rushed and the van wasn’t clean externally. The grey water sensor wasn’t working at pick up, so we had to empty everyday (no major issue). We were also told that our van wasn’t certified as a self contained vehicle, so we had to pay for camp sites. DropOff was faultless and we weren’t rushed out of the van to gather our luggage. Overall brilliant experience with Indie

Daniel and Antoine are legends! Great service. The customer support however was not very helpful (poor communication). The vehicle was great. A few recommendations: a step to get up in the back of the car, a better system for organising pots and plates etc rather than one big tub, and a battery to run the fridge and provide 240v power would be awesome. Loved our trip, cheers!
